equity complaint

I settled an equity complaint with the POA of my parents estate and now there are insurance polic y that I did not know about, do I file a new equity complaint??

You should sit down with an attorney. Whether or not you should file suit depends on a number of facts, including likelihood of success and likelihood of collection.
