I have established an estate for my mother. I have settled with all her creditors and don't know what the next step is.

Your next step depends entirely on the particulars of your mother's estate, but there may be inventories to file, final tax returns to file, bequest to fulfill, final accounts to submit for approval, real estate to sell, etc. Our office represents personal representatives like you, and we are happy to be as involved as you need.
