Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

The estate buildings are in need of repair, in the will I am the ayre. However, the estae is in debt, the executor will not tell me the amount of the debt. Should I have the repair work done? What is my legal standing on this?

If the property is in need of repair, the executor must take steps not to let the property deteriorate further. I do not understand why the executor refuses to talk with you. Some of the issues you raised should be answered by an inventory which should have been filed within 90 days of the executor's appointment.
