ESTATE\Multiple Owners!!!!! pt 2

Thanks for the replies, I guess I was a little vague.

We were recently in court and got the Partition to Partition accepted.

The problem is, the person in there will call the police if we even drive by the property.

Bottom Line :

We do not have access to the house to have it appraised or anything, we need to goto the property and change the locks so all owners have access to this property.

The person living there pays no rent and is behind on taxes and the property is quite large, so what is the speediest process of the other owners obtaining entry?

The court that granted the partition can imprison anyone who is in contempt of an order. Go back to the judge.
