You are not saying what the order is, and what you want to do?

Re: estates
What does the Order say and what do you want to do?
If it is appointing you as executor, you need to start to account for her assets as well as her debts. If your mother had no assets and you have filed a small estate administration what you do is different than if there are assets and debts.
I suggest you call an attorney ASAP, feel free to call me without obligation.
