Executor's Fee
Is there a minimum executor's fee paid to the executor in MA if none is indicated in the will?

There is no minimum. The executor would be entitled to fair and reasonable compensation. Factors to be considered include: the size of the estate; the marketable nature of the assets; the factual and legal questions involved in administration; the time reasonably required for completing the work; the skill and ability employed; the amounts usually paid others for similar work; and the results accomplished.
