Exucator of a will
What is the proper percentage that an exucator of aa will is allowed?

If an executor is an attorney, he is entitled to his reasonable attorney fees as part of an accounting approved by the Court. As a beneficiary you should be given notice and have the opportunity to object.
If the person who is executor is not an attorney there is no fixed compensation, but they are entitled to their "reasonable expenses, costs and counsel fees" and "shall have such compensation as the Court may allow."
