father wants to leave all to 1 child

my dad is terminally ill and wants to leave everything to his 15 yr old son can he do this and what are my rights?The son is my half brother and he and the mother never married. Also he wants to marry the mother of the child before he dies so she can get his pension. Will she get it all? or will the son?There is no romantic relationship with the mother.

those things.

Is your father competent still? (Does he have some

idea of the extent of his wealth? Does he know who you

are, still? Are there any other comments you have on

his mental functioning?)
