Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
Father Remarrying
My father (age 78) is remarrying after the death of my mother. He currently has a will and I am co-executor with my brother. What happens to this will when he remarries if he doesn't change it? Do his children have any rights?

Re: Father Remarrying
Massachusetts General Laws chapter 191, section 9, provides that the marriage of a person shall act as a revocation of a will made by him previous to such marriage, unelss it appears from the will that it was made in contemplation of the marriage.
