Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

If someone has filed for probate for $70,000.00 on a estate of land/home and cannot get the loan by the court date what happens? The person has also moved into the home and was supposed to pay the taxes, water and sewer and has not. There was 1 family member who contested this.

It is not clear what loan you are attempting to get, or what person has moved into the home. You mention that a family member contested "this". Do you mean the actions of the person who moved into the home, the will, your involvement, etc.?
