Re: forging a trustee name on a trust

The answer depends upon all the facts. Please give me a call for a free consultation. For a basic answer, if a forgery is proven, which can be done using handwriting experts, you likely will be able to assert you are not responsible and maybe able to restore full value to trust or get your fair share. You should consult an attorney about this immediately before more assets are squandered.
