my ex girlfriend will not vacate my home. I left her because of her verbal abuse. We have a 10 year old daughter together. I am in the process of gaining custody and support at Essex Probate Court. I can't afford to keep paying mortgage on house. I would like to rent it out.

Who owns the home? If both of you, then you need to file a Petition for Partition to force the sale of the home.
If only you, then start eviction and take possession back so you can live there or rent it out.
