My grandmother passed away a couple of years ago
and so far I have not heard anything, How do I obtain a copy of the will. I along with my brother and sister
are residents of Washington state,

Depending on what assets your grandmother had, what estate planning instruments she had made and the make-up of your family, you may not hear anything. You would not be notified of any probate action if your parent (her child) is still alive and you were not specifically mentioned in the will. If she had no will and your parent is still alive, that parent would inherit from her, not you and your siblings. It is also possible that she had no probate assets at her death, in which case there would be nothing to distribute to any heirs. .
If you've had trouble getting information from any family here (or have no family here), you can call the probate court in the county where your grandmother lived and ask if a probate file was opened. If so, you can request that a copy of the relevant documents be sent to you for review.
