Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Can I get house back from the trust i sold it to

I sold a house to a trust for less than 100 dollars. The trustee did not get the written consent of any of the beneficiaries to buy it, even though the trust explicitly says the trustee can not buy property without the written consent of all the beneficaries (10 of them). The trustee then sold the property. Can I get this property back? It seems that the trust never really owned it nor could they sell it, and that I should be able to get title to the house, it'w worth quite a bit of money.

The answer is a whopping "maybe" sicne the trust and subsequent owner could assert that you had "unclean hands" in the original transaction. Contact me if you wish to discuss the particulars of your case.

You may not be able to get the property back, but you may have an action against the trust. What you have not answered is why you sold the valuable property for a mere 100$???
