my husbads ex-wife lives with her fiancee. he makes over 100,000.00 a year. if we were to modify the cild support order. would or coould his income be included to determine a suitable amount of support.

That would be a moral wrong since it would impede marriage.
The usual approach is the ex-wife's income, real or attributed.
