Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
My ex husband got very lucky last year when talking to an advocate at court because I was running to bring my kids to school and he told this man many lies and got him to request custody to my exhusband my kids are 17 and 14 now and dont want to be with their father and now both have been diagnosed with depression, what are my chances to get my kids back I have a low income so cant afford an attorney and legal aid wont help since I dont have the kids.

Getting a lawyer is your problem.
If you are going to defend yourself, you can speak to the lawyer for the day in the probate court.
You should also get a book from your local library explaining the issues related to child custody.
