What exactly is included in a will when one leaves "all my wordly goods" to someone that does not live with you. I am in a second marrage of 2 years. We are both older and I do not want an adult child trying to take things in my home or my husband's car, computer etc., when one of us predeceases the other. me. Does it include things inside the home or located on the property? Thank you.
