Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
Right of Inheritance
If a married individual is named in a will as the recipient of $X or certain real property, is he/she the sole owner of the money or property, or does his/her spouse have ownership rights. How might this be affected by a antenuptial?

Re: Right of Inheritance
If a will leaves money or real property to an individual, the will does not give the individual's spouse any right or title to the money or real property. How an antenuptial agreement might affect the matter depends on the terms of the antenuptial agreement.
