Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I am interested in purchasing a living will trust combo packet for my parents however I am stuck. They recently moved to North Carolina but still have property here in Massachusetts. Which State should I use to purchase forms?

Based on your question, it should be fairly clear that you need legal advice, not a package of 'forms'. Your parents most likely would benefit from a trust since they will own property in a state other than their residence. They should start by speaking to a North Carolina attorney.
