i am the next of kin and i still live in the house of my deceiced father. there is no will. will i have to move?

You need to consult a lawyer. You are probably the new owner of the house.
You may or not be the new owner. You need to consult an attorney. if you have siblings you may need to buy them out of the house.

First, I'm sorry to hear you have lost your father. Secondly, you must look to the form of ownership of the property, i.e., tenants in common, sole ownership, joint tenancy, etc. Next I would look to a will. It sounds like here there is no will. Assuming that the property passes under the laws of intestacy, you may own it solely or you may own it together with other next of kin.
