Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
I live in Massachusetts and my dad who lived in another state passed away and he has much property and I would have that I received my inheritance, I didn't and my siblings live nearby where he lived and fear is that they just took over his property. they even left me out of the obituaries as an heir. I have no money as of yet. but if i could receive mine inheritance i would, there are pro bono lawyers but which state do i deal with. Is this possible or am i at a total loss. he did own a couple of houses and a few pieces of land and there are 3 other siblings who are in on this.

You need to contact a lawyer in the state where your father lived. Each state has a different body of law and the answer can vary from state to state.
