Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I live with my mother she has a trust set up and she has told me I am her proxy and have power of attorny if she is disabled and cant pay her bills. I have 2 brothers that don't live with us. My mother has told me she had her trust drawn up stating I can remain in the house after she passes for 8 years then I can either buy the house or it will be sold and I will get 66% and they will get 17% each.

My problem is my mother wont show me the trust she says I just need to call her laywer when she passes and he will tell me what to do.

Can I leagally obtain a copy of the trust while my mother is alive?

No, you have no legal right to see the trust document.

You have no legal right to see the Trust. However, if you are to be her Attorney in Fact per a DPOA or are listed on her health proxy, you should have a copy in the home just in case of an emergency.
