Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I am currently married. I have not seen my spouse in years. I am expecting a child with my boyfriend of two years and would like to be divorced before my son's arrival. how do I go about getting a divorce to someone who is out of the state?

Assuming you were married in MA and you know the address of your husband, file a complaint here and serve him where he lives. If you do not know his address, you need to try and find it.

You can serve him by publication. I would suggest you hire an attorney for assistance with this.

A complaint can be filed and then service would have to be made. Assuming that there is nothing to fight over a joint divorce could be filed as well to speed up the process.
