Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
married for 6 years, living together for 11, have many assets
I have been with my husband for 19 years, lived together for 11, married now for 6. He aquired a business before we were married and has it in a trust, I am not mentioned in trust. He also bought a house before we were married, we remodeld and moved in after we married. House not in my name. He claims, because we are married I am intitled to half. He also claims the trust for business is only 2% owned by trust, although nothing states that on the deed. I work with my husband, I do get paid. We work as if we are both owners. I don't know what to do, he doesnt like discussing anything to do with the business. Do I have any rights at all?

Re: married for 6 years, living together for 11, have many assets
Generally speaking, when a married person dies without a will and no children, his probated assets (not including assets held in trust, like the house) would be divided 50% to spouse and 50% to his parents or the heirs of his parents.
Your situation seems more complicated and requires more specific information. It is not something that can be answered simply in this forum. I would advise you to contact an attorney to discuss your case further.
