modifying a court order
do i have the right to modify a court order from 5 years ago...it is a court order in regards to visitations for my ex-wife and my daughter whom i have physical custody of and she hasn't seen in 5 years

If there is a change of circumstances, you have an absolute right to seek a modification of the order.

This question is better addressed under the family law and divorce categories. Having said that, eliminating all rights of a biological parent is a nontrivial matter - it may be more difficult than you anticipate. You should consult with a family law attorney.

You have the right to seek a Modification of the order, you have to file a petition and provide substantive reasons for the change.
