my mother and grandmother left me property in mass and in aregntina and my uncle the executer of the estate did not do anything to notify my untill i find out years later by my stepmother. what can i do now?

First you should find out if your Mother's estate was actually probated in Massachusetts. You do this by going to the Probate Court for the county where she lived and checking the index to see if the estate was probated. If it was, you should copy the entire file and the docket and bring it to a lawyer to discuss this. If it was not probated, then you should consider probating the estate now.
