My mother passed away im an only child my father took everything never filed a probate what needs to be done

You will need to petition the court for appointment as administrator and then begin to use the powers granted to you to bring your mother's assets and property back into the estate to be divided among your mother's legal heirs. I'm sorry to hear that you have lost your mother.
