Anyone in possesion of a signed Will is required to file it in the Registry Probate of the County in which the testator died where it becomes a public record and can be viewed by anyone. If they fail to do so you can retain an attorney to file a Petition in that County Probate Court to require the Will be filed there. Good Luck!
