Re: non-probate property

Any assets that were transferred on or before the death.

Items of little value can be combined and designated as such.

Re: non-probate property

Everything owned solely in the decedents name alone is probate property, but can be consolidated on an inventory as household furnishings etc.

Non probate property includes items that are owned jointly etc.

If in doubt, retain an attorney to assist you with the probate, as attorneys' fees are an expense of the administration. Good Luck!
