Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

perjured statements on a will

My 99 year old deceased cousin's caretaker prepared and submitted her will for probate naming herself as executor and sole beneficiary of an estate worth over $700,000. She falsely claimed her kinship as a niece and submitted that there were no known heirs. We have phone records that prove we had contact with the caretaker over several months just prior to cousin's death. Is this a crime? To whom do we make a complaint?

You should file an objection with Probate Court as soon as possible. You should also call the police and file a complaint.
