Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
If a person(donor) gives a diamond ring to someone and then two weeks later the donor dies. can the ownership of the ring be challenged by the person who was supposed to be willed the ring in the will?

it is a tough one. But my tendency is that it was a gift, and unless there is some other wrongful factors behind the gift, it is theirs.
