I went to probate cort and judge put me in jail based on dor saying that i was $1133 in arears. I had payed $6.00 a week to arears. How can I over turn this judgement?

what was the requirement you had in paying and did you ask the court to take into consideration your financial condition. You should have an attorney file a motion to have the order withdrawn. In any instance an attorney would need more detail in order to properly advise you
