Re: Probate, Wills

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your Uncle.

If your Uncle owned no real property, and had less than $15,000.00 in assets (excluding an automobile), there is an simplified probate process.

You can go to the probate and family court in the county where your Uncle resided (whether a home or a shelter) when he passed away, and request a voluntary administration of his estate.

If you would like any help or guidance in the performance of your duties, please do not hesitate to contact me. I represent administrators and executors in the performance of their duties as fiduciaries of the estate of another.
