Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
I have been recieving letters not signed but i know who they are comming from can i take that person to court for harrsement? or do i need that persons signature on the letters for proof?? in the state of mass and does the courts charge fees to do this?

Bring the letters to the clerk magistrate of your local District Court. If they agree they are sufficient to warrant issuing a notice to show cause why a criminal complaint should not issue there will be no charge to you. If not, you will need to retain an attorney to consider filing a civil complaint which will cost you attorneys fees and filing fees, some of which you may be able to recover as part of any damages awarded..
