Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
My rental property is deeded to my family trust. Whom shall my tenants make their rent check to? The Trust? Or, to me personally, as trustee.

The checks should be made payable to the Trust, and the checks should be deposited into a checking account in the name of the Trust.
