Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
Do I have any rights on my fathers will .I never got a notice of the reading of the will .It says in the order of notice that it is hand delivered or certified mail .Neither of which I received .Thank you

First there should be a copy of the Will filed at the probate court where he resided last, so get a copy of the Will.
Once you get a copy you can then decide if it can be challenged. Feel free to call me once you get a copy of the Will.
