Can I get a Rogers Gaurdianship for mentally disabled 21 tear old son without a medical proffesional involved?

Absolutely not. All Rogers petitions must include both the Medical Certificate and an affidavit from the treating psychiatrist. Both documents require that your son be evaluated wothin 30 days from date of filing or hearing. You won't be allowed to even file your case without them.
