Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Can I sell my share of my mothers estate to another person who also has a share? How about to someone who doesn't have a share?

Are you referring specifically to real estate owned by the estate? Has your mother passed away? If not, are you trying to sell your interest in any future inheritence?
