Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Please tell me WHO this sentence is referring to when it says siblings..."In the event any child of mine has no issue & predeceases me, their share to be divided equally among their remaining siblings?? I believe it mens the remainung bros & sisters of person that died..My lawyer says it means his children!!! Please help if u can!! Thanks!

It would be most helpful to read the entire document, as your attorney probably has. Based only on the language you have provided (I notice there is no end quote to your sentence), it would seem to indicate that the other surviving children of the deceased would take equally the share of a deceased child with no children.

It means the brothers and sisters of the "child of mine" which would be the brothers and sisters of the predeceased beneficiary without issue.
