Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
I need HELP.. I just signed my lease last november for a studio apt. I am soon going to be getting married and my fiance moved in. Now I am only 20 and sort of new to the game. I had no idea that when you move someone in you must add them to the lease first. Anyway, My nosy neighbor who happens to be biter is always complaining and he complained that I had someone living there with me. My landlord says that she will not add my fiance to the list and says that she cant transfer my lease to another bigger apt where I can pay the difference.
I am a great tenant. I work monday through friday so I am barely home. My rent is not only paid on time every month, But it is paid early.
Any suggestions on what I can do. I cant tell my fiance to pack his things and live on the street. That is not an option.

I think your landlord is being unreasonable and unwise to get rid of a good and paying tenant, but that is her business.
If your lease agreement prohibits long-term guests or other occupants, your landlord may properly begin eviction proceedings against you on the basis that you have breached the lease agreement. You may want to speak to a lawyer who can assist you in negotiating a resolution to this dispute. It is probably possible, with help, to remain in the unit through the end of your lease term - - even if the landlord were to begin the eviction process against you.
Good luck and give me a call if you would like to discuss.
