Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
My sister and I are co-trustess of my Fathers' house. He died several years ago and I currently live there alone. I would like to name my fiance in my will to take my portion of the trust in the event of my death. Do I need to do anything other than name her in the will with regard to the trust?

It would depend on the terms of the Trust. If the home is to be sold or divided at some point between the two of you (you and your sister) then you can just name your fianc as the beneficiary under your Will.
