Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
My sister died of Breast Cancer, she appointed a friend of several years as her executor. He allowed her to live in horrible conditions, did not allow her to get the proper nursing care. SInce her death, He is posting pictures of my parents ( who he never met ) on facebook. He did not allow her to contact me about the severity of her illness.
I have learned my sister had removed some of my family belongings without my permission.
I feel he used undue influence on my sister, to alienate from her family.

Hello and welcome to LawGuru!
I'm having trouble figuring out what it is you're asking. The only claim you might have is for the removed property, if the property is worth a substantial amount of money, you may wish to consult an attorney.
In order to really help you, one would need to know the general nature of your sister's will (if she had one), and what recourse you're looking for.
There are no claims for siblings for loss of consortium (that is the loss of the love and affection), so you would not have a claim for the alienation from the family. Your sister's estate may have a claim against the friend, if he did in fact treat her poorly, or use her for money, etc... but this would be hard and costly to prove.
Sorry I could not be of more assistance.
