Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I am supposed to pay restitution of about $4000.00 to the court and I can not afford this I am not working for the past 2 years & I am on TAFCD. I have 2 children I support. I am supposed to appear in court on Monday. What happens & am I going to go to jail?

You will tell the judge just that. It has been my experience Judges are human. Make sure you always show up and be respectful.

I agree. Ask that the matter be brought before a judge for a hearing. Make sure that you can support this with financial information and evidence.
