trust amendment

i have paperwork that says i'm not obligated to pay back a loan

there is an amendment that says all loans must be paid back .

which document takes presedence ?

does the date of the amendment make a difference

I'm not clear what you mean by "paperwork" -- are you talking about the Declaration of the Trust or some other document? Also, are you the trustee or the beneficiary? What is the loan for?

trust amendment and a loan?
