Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

My wife and I are married, I recently had her arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. We went to court and the judge gave us both restraining orders. Her charge is still pending. We have three kids together, and we set up a situation where I could still see my kids. Then one day she showed up to the place I'm staying and started acting extremely irrational. Saying she's not leaving until she gets her jacket which left there a hundred times. My brother is a boston police officer, and he told her to leave or she'll be arrested. She reluctantly left with a few choice words to my brother. Then the very next day she filed a false report saying I'm all of a sudden I'm a danger to my kids. There's no words strong enough to describe how I feel about my 4 kids. I miss them so much, it hurts so badly. I just want to know how I can see my kids again. I havnt seen them in 3 weeks 5 hrs and my heart is broken. How can I see my kids again???
