Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
Didn't see will.
My grandmother passed away and the family didn't let me go to funeral or see will. I was one of my grandmother's favoreites and think I am entitled to at least see the will if there was one. How can I find out if there was one and how can I get the chance to see it?

Unless you are under 18 and/or the funeral was extremely private, I don't understand how anyone could prevent you from attending at least a church service.
In any event, if a will exists, it must be presented for probate in the county in which she resided at the time of her death. If you are named as a beneficiary, you will be notified by the court. Once it is presented for probate, it becomes a public record, and, in fact, there is newspaper advertising to notify creditors of the death and the will and and the first hearing date.
Once the will is presented for probate, you can read it at the clerk's office to see if you are designated to inherit anything. I hope this information is helpful to you.
