last will and testament

In reply to your, ''... in what context?'', this phrase was used at the end of a paragraph nominating an executor of a person's will as follows: ''It is my will and I direct that my Executor shall not be required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of his duties in any jurisdiction, any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, and I give my Executor full power to administer my estate, including the power to settle claims, pay debts, and sell, convey, morgage, invest, reinvest, exchange, manage, control or otherwise deal with any and all property, real or personal, comprising my estate, without court order. NO PURCHASER NEED LOOK TO THE APPLICATION OF THE PURCHASE MONEY. What does this last sentence mean?

It means that the buyer of any estate property is not obligated to see that the proceeds of the sale are distributed in accordance with the provisions of the will. The Court, however, will require this information.

It means the Buyer of real estate from the estate is not required to see how the proceeds are used by or distributed from the estate.
