Are wills a matter of public record? Could I go into a courthouse and find my deceased aunts will?

Re: wills
Wills when probated become public records. If your Aunt's estate was probated, you can read her will if she wrote one.

Re: wills
Probate Court records are open to the Public. So if your aunt's will was probated it is a matter of public record and you can go to the court and look at it.
