Re: Writing my will.

I am an estate planning attorney. This means that my full-time job (after years of specialized schooling, in law school and at courses afterwards) is basically writing wills for people.

There are few people who SHOULD do their own wills, but there are some. The problem is not just in composing them but also in getting them legally made valid by a proper witnessing and execution ceremony.
