Writing my will.
I would like to draw up my will but I have no idea how to begin. Could someone please advise me on drawing up my will? Thank you.

Re: Writing my will.
I am an estate planning attorney. This means that my full-time job (after years of specialized schooling, in law school and at courses afterwards) is basically writing wills for people.
There are few people who SHOULD do their own wills, but there are some. The problem is not just in composing them but also in getting them legally made valid by a proper witnessing and execution ceremony. If you will send me e-mail directly, I can send you something about the execution process alone, but I'd rather you review with me or another attorney a series of qualifying questions: what do you own, what kind of life insurance do you carrry, who do you want to give your estate to, tell me about divorce, various relatives you may wish to exclude, your children, etc. I'm at [email protected] and (617) 527-0050.
I live in Newton, Mass. Where do you live?
