Written permission by deceased owner to be buried in plot

My uncle when Alive gave written permission for 4 plots he owned in Reading Mass for me to be buried with my grandmother in her plot. Now I'm being told even though HE the Owner gave written permission that now that he is deceased I have to get written permission from his children. He left no will.

IS THIS TRUE????? Please help

He is not the owner now, his heirs are, and they would have to give permission. The only time this might not be true is if you paid him some money or performed some service for him, so that there was a contract, or at least some consideration (something of value) given by you to him in return for his permission.
